After 1st edition in Berlin, Tempio Festival returns to Milan with an outstanding line-up celebrating international techno: Octave One (live), Rrose, Ben Sims, Mell G, The Exaltics, Fabrizio Rat, and many more. SEPTEMBER 18–21, 2025
After the 2024 Berlin edition, which brought together over 150 artists and 2,500 attendees in the heart of the German capital – Tempio Festival returns to Milan from September 18 to 21, with a radically inclusive alternative to commercial festivals, in one of the most unique cultural venues in Europe.
The 2nd edition of Tempio Festival will unfold across the spaces of Tempio del Futuro Perduto and Fabbrica del Vapore, spanning more than 4,000 square meters of industrial buildings, hidden gardens, and former air-raid shelters. Tempio Festival returns with Detroit techno icons Octave One (live) leading a lineup of over 50 artists: beyond music, the festival offers wellness areas with yoga and Ayurvedic massage, plus a showcase of sustainable fashion and local crafts.
TEMPIO FESTIVAL LINEUP
On the 4D Open Air Stage, legendary Detroit duo Octave One will perform live, joined by avant-garde luminary Rrose, techno pioneer Ben Sims, Berlin favorite Mell G, electro innovator The Exaltics, and pianist/composer Fabrizio Rat, with his mind-bending hybrid set of prepared piano and analog machines.
Also on deck: a rare b2b between Slin & Frederic, plus standout sets from Italian talents like Elisa Bee, Diora Madama, Iride, Dolce Potente, and other rising names reshaping the national scene.
Performing arts will take center stage with experimental dance and theatre from Sala Nera, directed by Silvia Fontana, as well as productions by Esenco Dance Movement, Urban Dancing Prophets and other collectives.
Founded as a cultural occupation in 2018, the Tempio del Futuro Perduto is now a legally recognized autonomous space with over 100,000 annual members. This coming September marks the second edition of Tempio Festival, following its debut last August at Alte Münze, the former Berlin State Mint, now one of Europe’s most important cultural centers.
