Sound Waves Festival presents final line up for Winter Edition in Lisbon, Portugal

OGUZ, Patrick Mason, Fatima Hajji, Marco Bailey, Cera Khin, CLTX, Joanna Coelho and DU/ART are part of the line up for the winter edition of Sound Waves Festival

Sound Waves in recent years has been based in the city of Esmoriz and, for the first time in 18 years, announces its new chapter in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, with the festival Sound Waves Winter Edition, for Saturday, December 2nd, at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion. The opening of doors is scheduled for 08:30 p.m. and the event ends at 06:00 a.m. On the stage will perform big names of the Techno scene such as: OGUZ, Patrick Mason, Fatima Hajji, Marco Bailey, Cera Khin, CLTX, Joanna Coelho, and DU/ART.

For almost 11 uninterrupted hours, the Carlos Lopes Pavilion will shake to the rhythm of Techno, which will be the main ingredient in its most varied aspects from Acid Techno, through Hard Techno and with some shades of Psy Techno. The line up consists of eight artists, led by the Dutch OGUZ, known for his intense sets and creative Hard Techno sounds. From Berlin comes the charismatic Patrick Mason, with an underground and chameleon-like sound similar to the dance floor of the Berghain Club where it has its roots.

Fatima Hajji joins this new winter edition with all his strength and unique technique on stage. From Brussels, the mythical Marco Bailey, promises to leave the audience in ecstasy. Cera Khin, one of the most emerging artists of the new Techno scene, will demonstrate in Lisbon why she is one of the most sought after talents worldwide. The French CLTX will raise the attitude of Techno lovers at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion with his heavy metal influenced set. In the line up we can still find the Brazilian Joanna Coelho, one of the most known and loved names by the Portuguese public, for his electrifying sets with Techno Pumping fusions. On the portuguese line up, Techno Groove boss DU/ART will also be present on December 2 in Lisbon for the winter edition of Sound Waves.

2023 is the year of the consolidation of the Sound Waves brand, with Sound Waves Invites in Hard Club, Porto, last March 4th, with the memorable summer edition of the festival in the city of Esmoriz on July 8th, passing through the premiere of Sound Waves Winter in Lisbon on December 2nd and closing the year with Sound Waves Invites X-Mas Edition in Porto, scheduled for December 16th at Hard Club, Porto.

Sound Waves DNA will continue to praise established and emerging artists at its events, aiming to showcase new names in today’s electronic music industry, being the only festival with a heart in Techno and underground essence in Portugal.
