The kick was kicking, but there was something asking to be there and we knew we could bring it to life. That feeling quickly turned into the vocal chop we wrote for the drop. We followed this idea of a heartbeat for the rest of the remix, working to bring a pulsing drive to the track, while still staying true to Kim Kaey & Tvilling’s original work. We were pumped to get positive feedback from the artists when we shared the finished product with them.
