Dedicated to Championing the Next Generation of Electronic Artists
Creamfields, one of the world’s most influential names in dance music, has announced the launch of Creamfields Recordings, a new record label created to support, develop and elevate the next generation of electronic music artists.
The label is established in collaboration with Manchester-based music and culture company NQ, marking the start of an exciting chapter for both brands. Combining their strengths to build a global platform for new music releases, supporting both emerging and established talent.
Over the last 35 years Cream has evolved into a global force in electronic music, championing new and emerging talent and giving artists a platform to perform, many of whom have gone on to become some of dance music’s biggest players. What began in 1992 as a 400-capacity club in a disused warehouse in Liverpool has grown into a cultural phenomenon, laying the foundations for modern dance festivals worldwide through its award-winning flagship event – Creamfields.
Creamfields Recordings will build on this legacy, providing a dedicated space for emerging and established producers and DJs to release music, collaborate creatively and reach audiences on a global scale. The label will champion sounds from across the electronic spectrum, offering artists the opportunity to grow within one of the most respected ecosystems in dance culture.

NQ, a culture led music and entertainment company based in Manchester, operates across records, publishing and management. At the heart of this new collaboration is a shared belief that world class music and creativity can come from anywhere.
Commenting on the collaboration Michael Adex NQ CEO/Founder said “NQ was built in Manchester with the ambition of impacting the world from the North, so joining forces with Creamfields a powerhouse born from the same spirit feels like a natural evolution. Together, we’re creating a future facing label dedicated to discovering and developing breakthrough talent, elevating fresh voices onto one of the biggest stages in global dance and youth culture, and building meaningful careers with music that resonates worldwide.”
By combining Cream’s heritage in dance music with NQ’s creative energy and artist-first ethos, Creamfields Recordings will serve as a launch pad for talent at every level. From breakthrough producers to established names, the label will champion forward-thinking music whilst nurturing the next generation of artists.
The labels first release drops this Friday. For more information go to www.creamfieldsrecordings.com / Demo submissions can be sent to demos@creamfieldsrecordings.com
