The Belfast trailblazer releases his forward-thinking five-track EP on Dreamstate, showcasing his knack for modernized trance music.
UK house mainstay Cristoph joins forces with Amsterdam-based vocalist and songwriter Diana Miro for a soaring new single, Echoes, on Interstellar Recordings.
A fixture of the global underground, Cristoph has carved his path with iconic releases on Pryda Presents and his own Consequence of Society Recordings, earning a reputation for emotive club tracks. Diana Miro, celebrated for her unmistakable voice and writing talent, has collaborated on over 60 releases across labels such as Armada, Anjunadeep, and Purified, cementing her place as one of dance music’s most in-demand vocalists. Echoes is a sublime slice of melodic house built on a rumbling low-end, sleek arpeggios, and Diana’s angelic topline.
Speaking to the strong reaction the single has been receiving during his sets, Cristoph says, “As soon as I finished ‘Echoes,’ I could not wait to play it out and road test it. The response has been brilliant and it’s great to be working with Diana again…her voice is amazing!”
Touching on the meaning behind the single, Diana Miro shares: “‘Echoes’ is our way of turning memory into motion — fragile, haunting, but always pushing you forward.”
Together, they craft a soundscape that is both intimate and expansive—a track designed to lift the dancefloor into a state of euphoria Echoes is an essential new tune from the always on-point Interstellar Recordings.
From sneaking into his local club to DJ as a teenager to performing season-long residencies at Ibiza’s most extravagant club – Hï Ibiza Cristoph’s journey to a globally known artist is a tale of passion and hard-work, underpinned by a supreme talent and energy which has seen the British DJ and producer catapult into the eyes – and ears – of dance music’s biggest names and fans alike.
Growing up in the industrial Northeast of England, Cristoph was raised on a mix of Chicago house grooves and the progressive tones of Sasha and John Digweed. With Cristoph’s brother landing him his first spot in a local Newcastle venue, the DJ’s father was the figure responsible for the purchase of his first pair of decks. Mastering his craft on vinyl, Cristoph soon started to hone his talents in the studio, receiving his breakout moment came when Hot Since 82 picked up ‘Alone’, releasing it on Knee Deep in Sound to widespread acclaim.
However, it was a meeting with another of dance music’s A-list names that truly set the wheels in motion for Cristoph’s ascent. Impressed by his ability to craft lush, cinematic productions, Eric Prydz signed Cristoph to his newly formed Pryda Presents imprint, where tracks like ‘Feel’ and ‘EPOCH’ showcased the Geordie’s unmistakable sound: richly textured, emotionally charged, and meticulously polished.
These releases didn’t just mark Cristoph’s arrival – they announced him as one of the new heavyweights in the electronic music scene. Cristoph’s talents extend far beyond the studio. His live sets are a masterclass in storytelling, moving seamlessly from soaring peaks to intimate moments. From his legendary Open to Close (O2C) sets at renowned global clubs to large scale festivals like Tomorrowland, Arc Festival, Creamfields or Ultra Miami, Electric Zoo, and EDC Las Vegas, Cristoph’s ability to connect with audiences is unparalleled. Now considered a regular among the Ibizan summer stalwarts, his residencies at Hï Ibiza have made him a staple of the White Isle’s summer season, further instilling his unique talent into the dance community’s consciousness and helping cement his name as driving force in the progressive house scene.
When it comes to his productions, Cristoph has an uncanny knack for crafting tracks that resonate deeply with listeners while remaining staples of dancefloors worldwide. Releases on Bedrock, Suara, Noir, and Last Night on Earth established his reputation early on, but his 2020 arrival on Anjunadeep with ‘Big H 2020’ and ‘SFB’ showed a new dimension to his artistry. His 2024 release ‘Where’s the Music Gone’ further reinforced his ability to evolve while staying true to his roots.
These tracks followed the success of his Consequence of Society radio shows, which evolved into a full-fledged label of the same name in 2022. The COS label has become a platform for Cristoph to release music on his own terms, with standout tracks like ‘Turning Away’ and ‘The Edge’ exemplifying his progressive ethos. In 2023, the label’s FaCet series showcased the full spectrum of Cristoph’s sound, from peak-time heaters to atmospheric deep cuts.
The same year saw his collaboration with Camelphat on ‘Breathe’ featuring Jem Cooke go Platinum and Beatport name him Best Selling Progressive Artist of the Year – two career-defining milestones. The momentum continued in 2024, with a string of high-profile projects. Cristoph teamed up with Pete Tong and Paul Rogers on Anjunadeep for a modern refresh of ‘Where’s the Music Gone,’ perfectly capturing the spirit of early-morning Ibiza sunrises. Celebrating Defected Records’ 25th anniversary, Cristoph collaborated with Sandy Rivera and vocalist Hayze to reimagine the house anthem ‘Changes’, breathing new life into the timeless classic. Additional releases included FaCet Vol. 4 and remixes for Camelphat and Hernán Cattáneo.
Smooth around the edges yet blazing within, Diana Miro’s intimate, soul-soaked vocals cut through the hypnotic textures of Melodic Techno and the lush harmonies of Progressive House and Electronica. Her voice doesn’t just ride the beat — it amplifies it, turning every track into a story. Over the past decade of working with DJs, the Amsterdam-based singer/songwriter has released music on some of the most respected labels in electronic music — including Armada, Anjuna Deep, Blackhole Recordings, Protocol, Colorize, Days Like Nights, Zerothree, Shen, Atlant, and Purified.
Balancing between songwriting experiments and vocal explorations, she has teamed up with leading names such as Franky Wah, Cristoph, Eelke Kleijn, Avira, Dosem, Cosmic Gate, Einmusik, Klur, and Tom Staar, as well as underground talents like Shadow Child, Hollt, BOg, 8Kays, Coeus, Massano, and Frankey & Sandrino — constantly refining her craft of creating powerful, memorable toplines that strike both the heart and the dancefloor.
Her breakthrough moment came with GRAMMY-nominated duo Cosmic Gate. Together they’ve dropped four releases on Blackhole Records that shook the scene. Their first track, Blame, appeared on Mosaic: Chapter 1 and hit 1 million streams within just three months. The lead single Nothing To Hide has since racked up nearly 8 million streams, turning into an anthem at every Cosmic Gate show worldwide. Next came Hear Me Out, the opening track of Mosaic: Chapter 2, before their latest collaboration Never Erase You (August 2025) stormed iconic stages from Tomorrowland to A State of Trance and Ushuaïa Ibiza — cementing Diana’s voice as one of the most distinctive in today’s electronic music.
Live, Diana brings the same intensity. In March 2021 she performed alongside Eelke Kleijn at the globally renowned Cercle series, with a breathtaking show at France’s legendary landmark Le Mont Saint Michel. Their collaboration You, from Kleijn’s album Oscillations [Days Like Nights], showcased Diana’s ability to transform an instrumental into a transcendent, unforgettable moment. Her creative edge continues to attract producers searching for vocals that carry both emotion and presence. In 2023–2024, she teamed up with Einmusik on Let Me Out [Embassy One], earning support from Mixmag Germany, Mixmag South America, Electronic Groove, House Nest, and beyond.
That same period saw her dive into two standout collaborations on Colorize: the melancholic Pull Me Through with Klur and the uplifting My Trouble Heart with Dosem — both of which Diana brought to life on stage in London alongside the producers themselves. Equally notable is her powerful partnership with Franky Wah and Cristoph on The Darkest Hour, premiered at the legendary Printworks London before its release.
Two years later, Diana reunites with Cristoph once again: their upcoming track Echoes dropped on Interstellar in October 2025, marking another milestone in her ever-evolving artistic journey. With a voice that resonates across underground clubs, festival main stages, and playlists worldwide, Diana Miro is more than a featured singer — she is a storyteller of the electronic era, carving her own path through sound and emotion.
Cristoph and Diana Miro’s new single “Echoes” is available on all platforms via Interstellar Recordings.
