EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
Hi congrats on the new release , tell us how this EP came about?
We felt that our music was missing something. We love the club music we usually write but we felt we weren’t fully expressing our artistic vision yet. We got to work on this new direction and the Heart Broken EP was born.

Give us the name of one track that never gets old for you no matter how many times you listen to it?
Hooked by Notion. That tune is a classic and was a big inspiration for us while we were writing this EP.
Any interesting tours or shows on the horizon?
Yeah, we are opening for Freak On Dec 30th and Case Of The Mondays Jan 14th. We are also playing our second headline gig on NYE! Stoked for that 🙂
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
High energy House music!
What is your creative process like?
It varies. Sometimes we reference other songs. Other times we come to the DAW with a direction in mind and go from there!
What is your favorite song to perform?
Our remix of Hung Up by Madonna. It always seems to go off!
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Music is a marathon not a sprint.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
We are so thankful for all of the love and support they have given us. We haven’t been in the game that long and we feel we have great fans already. Sending love to each of them!
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
Sometimes it feels like there is a certain sound that the industry is looking for and that restricts creativity. That’s what this EP is about, stepping out of the box and pushing our boundaries 🙂
The relationship between a DJ and the audience is crucial, and yet is seems to be a fragile one – how do you see the balance between giving the crowd what they want and treating them to something new?
We think you really need to read the crowd while also being prepared for your set type/ set time. Knowing why they are there and also noticing what they react to is very important.
Ends.
