RUZE Blends Bumping Basslines With Soulful Textures on Slick Deep House Single “Does Ya Momma Know?” via Factory 93 Records – OUT NOW

RUZE

The Birmingham-based pair blends slick house grooves with deep, vibrant textures on their sophomore single for the Factory 93 imprint.

UK duo RUZE make their sophomore appearance on Factory 93 Records with “Does Ya Momma Know?’”, following their 2025 EP and label debut, ‘Sample Inspector.’ With performances spanning prestigious venues and festivals such as Tomorrowland, fabric, and Pacha, as well as releases on PIV Records, Hot Creations, Snatch!, and their own Staff Only, the duo continues to solidify their reputation as one to watch among the leading ‘Minimal/Deep Tech’ elite. Now the pair returns to Factory 93, serving up a single that effortlessly highlights their unique ability to fuse bumping basslines with soulful textures.

Speaking to the solid reaction the single has received during their sets as of late, RUZE says, “‘Does Ya Momma Know’ has been a secret weapon in our tracks for a while now. We first played it earlier last year in Chile where the club exploded on the first drop. We feel like this track shows off a different side of RUZE, tapping into a deeper and darker groove, whilst adding the jazzy twist.”

“Does Ya Momma Know?” brings another infectious, club-ready track that brims with energy, fusing together a rolling bassline with deep, woozy pads and jazz-tinged chords. The sleek, sumptuous cut marks a fitting return to Insomniac’s Factory 93 as the duo outline what is set to be another year further cementing their status within the global house landscape.

Birmingham’s very own RUZE, named a Beatportal “One’s to Watch”, are rapidly solidifying their position in the global house scene with a distinctive fusion of driving basslines, crisp percussion, and soulful vocal energy. Their discography now spans key imprints such as Hot Creations, Chaos, Universal, Factory93, AWD, PIV, Dansu Discs and more – a testament to their versatility and reach across underground and commercial spheres.

Their catalogue boasts consistent chart success – including multiple Beatport No. 1s and widespread BBC Radio 1 support – while their 2024 Journey LP on PIV reached No. 1 across all genres on Beatport within 48 hrs. Their Factory 93 release Sample Inspector (with Robbie Doherty & Chesster) earned backing on Radio 1 and became a staple in sets worldwide. Most recently, their collaboration with Mr. Belt & Wezol surpassed 1 million streams in under a month, climbed to No. 2 overall on Beatport, and received heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1, Radio 538, and beyond.

On Stage, RUZE’s for Mixmag set stands as a defining moment – a global showcase of their refined yet playful sound and infectious energy. They’ve brought that same energy to some of the world’s most iconic venues, from Tomorrowland and The Warehouse Project, to Fabric London, Pacha Barcelona, Spy Bar Chicago, and Shelter Amsterdam.

RUZE’s new single “Does Ya Momma Know?” is available on all platforms via Factory 93 Records.
