Sounds Australia gears up for Amsterdam Dance Event 2025, presenting two days of radio broadcasts, mixers and industry networking designed to connect Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific with the global electronic music community. Taking place at Box Sociaal, Jordaan on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 October, Australia House will once again serve as a unique hub for international exchange and collaboration.
Welcoming artists, managers, agents, promoters, venue owners, media, and content creators from over 40 countries, the networking events are supported by the Australian Embassy, The Netherlands.
On Wednesday, October 22, Bangkok Community Radio, MSG4000 and fbi radio will team up for a special edition broadcast featuring DJ PGZ, Juno Mamba, and Takky. Recorded in Amsterdam and syndicated across all three stations, the broadcast presents music spanning distinct scenes and communities across the Asia-Pacific. Running alongside the broadcast, Sounds Australia will host a mixer from 5pm-8pm in partnership with Exchange Asia and Ticket Fairy, dedicated to strengthening collaboration across the APAC region, and supported by the ASEAN-Australia Centre.
On Thursday 23 October, Sounds Australia House will host an extended evening mixer from 5pm–8pm, anchored by a Darker Than Wax FM session with Marco Weibel, recorded exclusively for The Lot Radio. The gathering will unite artists, tastemakers and international industry leaders.
