Acclaimed house music producer Chris Lake has officially revealed the full 15-song tracklist for his long-awaited debut album, Chemistry, which dropped July 11th via Black Book Records.
The announcement comes with a major highlight, a brand-new collaboration with electronic music icon Bonobo, alongside Alexis Roberts. Last time the latter singer made an appearance on a track from Chris Lake, the fan favorite Turn Off The Lights was born, which makes this release one of the most anticipated of the summer.
Chemistry showcases Lake’s signature blend of infectious grooves and boundary-pushing production, bolstered by a roster of exciting collaborators. Alongside Bonobo, the album features vocal powerhouse Yael Watchman on the fan-favorite On&On, as well as standout contributions from Black Lotus and Aatig, further expanding the sonic depth of the record. Names like Kelly Lee Owens, MPH and Riovaz add even more diversity to the sound, and the title track Chemistry ft. Vera Blue will truly speak for itself. With Chemistry, Chris Lake delivers a bold, cohesive debut that’s poised to make waves worldwide.

The first singles, “Ease My Mind” and “In My Head,” have already begun lighting up dance floors worldwide. Alongside DJing and producing, Lake is the founder of Black Book Records, which has helped elevate rising talent such as Cloonee, Miane, and Mochakk. The label’s reach is also expanding through events like Black Book On The Pier and an exclusive MNTGE fashion collaboration.
