DJ Hussler drops a high-energy release packed with pounding beats, razor-sharp synths, and pure rave nostalgia

Last week, Australian artist DJ Hussler unleashed his newest hard-trance weapon, “Got No Love To The Bass,” out now on UFO Recordz. With its electrifying beat, driving basslines, and soaring synth power, the track is a full-throttle rush built for the peak hours of the night – a release that proudly nods to classic rave energy while pushing the genre forward.

“Got No Love To The Bass” is a bold declaration of DJ Hussler’s sound: fierce, melodic, and bursting with intensity. The synth work is sharp and euphoric, the rhythms are relentless, and the drop is engineered to send dancefloors into chaos. It’s the type of track that feels equally nostalgic and new – a hard-trance anthem tailor-made for modern ravers.

Based in Sydney, Australia, DJ Hussler brings a rich and diverse musical background shaped by global influences. Growing up surrounded by genres of all kinds, he found his calling in the early ’90s when he began importing UK and European underground dance music into the South African rave scene. That passion eventually took him to the UK, where he found himself at the beating heart of the hard dance movement.

Immersed in a world shaped by icons like Tony De Vit, BK, Andy Farley, Nick Sentience, Phil Reynolds, Illogic, Fergie, and Paul Glazby, DJ Hussler absorbed the sound, spirit, and attitude of a scene known for its intensity and innovation.

His DJ career sparked unexpectedly – after a friend secretly entered him into a national DJ competition. DJ Hussler went on to win the Southern England heats and made it to the finals, an experience that ignited his drive to bring high-energy, uplifting chaos to the decks.

His signature blend of uplifting hard dance soon gained traction in the club circuit, earning him sets at major events including Orange at Camden Palace (KOKO) London and Insomniacz Sheffield.

Following an extended break from the industry, DJ Hussler’s international journey reshaped his sound and reignited his artistic fire. In 2025, he made a powerful return to the scene – and he hasn’t slowed down since. His latest tracks channel uplifting, old-school rave energy through a modern production lens, showcasing DJ Hussler’s commitment to revitalising the spirit of classic dance music.

He also joined Bondi Radio and Groove London Radio in 2025, hosting weekly dance shows that blend uplifting house, tech house, and hard dance — bringing his sound to global audiences every week.

“Got No Love To The Bass” stands as one of DJ Hussler’s strongest statements yet: a fiery, festival-grade hard-trance release loaded with passion, precision, and raw energy. It’s a reminder of where he’s been, a celebration of where he is now, and a promise of the high-voltage music still to come.

Out now on UFO Recordz – turn it loud and feel the rush.
