Following her No. 4 placement on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart, indie pop artist Michelle Kash returns with a transformative new remix of her hypnotic dark-pop single, “Gravity,” created in collaboration with acclaimed producer, Stash Konig.
In this new remix, Stash Konig propels “Gravity” into an expansive electronic realm, fusing New Age techno, underground house, and euphoric progressive soul.
Kash’s smoky, soulful vocals glide over Konig’s pulsating production, creating a hypnotic soundscape that balances late night euphoria with meditative surrender. The song captures the irresistible pull between two lovers caught in the chaos of desire, confusion, and surrender.
“Gravity started as a poem after a surreal encounter with Lou Reed. I was caught between two situationships I couldn’t let go of, and when I finally stopped fighting it, I surrendered. Gravity is what came from a moment when I felt everything collide and all my experiences collapsing into one another,” shares Michelle.
The remix preserves the emotional core of the original while reimagining its dark-pop aesthetic for a new electronic era, transforming the intimate confession of the original into a dancefloor-ready yet introspective experience.
