BK and Knuckleheadz drop “Turn That Fuckin’ Music Up” via Dreamstate Records

BK and Knuckleheadz

BK and Knuckleheadz join forces for their new single, a dark club-driven collab that channels the production prowess of two hard house progenitors.

BK and Knuckleheadz tap into their longstanding chemistry to release their new single, “Turn That Fuckin’ Music Up,” a raucous club collab arriving via Dreamstate Records today.

Two trailblazing hard house artists are tying up for some serious fl oor-fi lling action. “Turn That Fuckin’ Music Up” is a hard-edged cut crafted for straightforward club and festival play. Driven by an anabolic, forward-charging rhythm, every element is dialed in for maximum propulsion. The track methodically cranks the pressure, stacking white-knuckling tension as it builds upon relentless basslines, murky acid arpeggios, discordant chord stabs, and a tenacious vocal loop that cues the climactic crescendo. Prior to this release, the pairing crossed paths in 2014 with their collab, “Shining,” as well as their follow-up single the subsequent year, “Fire Burning.”

Hailing from London, Ben Keen—better known as BK—has staked his claim as one of the most infl uential hard dance producers of all time. The seasoned veteran has been forging a path for the hard house movement since the ’90s, maintaining a consistent output of trance- and techno-fueled club tools along the way.

He previously made his Dreamstate Records debut with 2024’s “Alive,” drawing radio support from XiJaro & Pitch, Suzy Solar, Steve Allen, Myni8hte & Seathic, and Jochen Gareth. BK has previous radio support from BBC Radio 1, and his tracks have been supported by Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Bryan Kearney, Funk Tribu, T78, Judge Jules, Andrew Rayel, and Timmy Trumpet, On the live front, he continues to dominate major stages, with an upcoming headline set for SubBass’ ‘Get Hard Fridays’ at Suburbia Southampton, and a festival slot at Trance In The Woods.

South Coast-based producer Knuckleheadz is equally notorious as a stalwart of the hard house scene. Another formative project from the late ‘90s, Knuckleheadz has stayed the course to establish himself as a staple of the genre. His extensive discography includes collaborations with Agent Jack, Tasty, and Steve Hill, in addition to remixing tracks for Bush Babies, Sam Townend, and Justin Bourne.

With “Turn That Fuckin’ Music Up,” BK and Knuckleheadz deliver an unapologetic single that reaffi rms their legacy—a prototype for contemporary trance music that wields the high impact of techno and hard house grooves.
