KICE HONORS HIS ROOTS WITH ‘AL AIN,’ PAVING THE WAY FOR NEW ARABIC HOUSE SOUND. THE PRODUCER’S SONIC HOMECOMING FOLLOWS RECENT INAUGURAL ‘SIROCCO SESSIONS’ MEDITERRANEAN HOUSE EVENT

Chicago house architect Kice reveals his latest project, “Al Ain,” marking a deliberate pivot in his musical identity – one that embraces his Jordanian roots while retaining the infectious house grooves that have become his trademark. The single emerges in the aftermath of Something Real, his boundary-pushing debut album that landed last month to enthusiastic reception from tastemakers and fans alike.

“Al Ain” doubles as a musical homecoming for the producer, paving the way for him to explore the contemporary house foundations he has built through the lens of his Mediterranean and Arabic heritage. The release follows the recent debut of his new party concert, Sirocco Sessions, which recently transformed Chicago’s Fulton Market Kitchen into a Mediterranean House sanctuary. The inaugural gathering featured a handpicked collective of sound selectors, including Alex Kosoglaz, Armin Jalali, Habibibeatz, MGabriel, Robert Rashid, and Violin Girl, each contributing to a night where geographical borders dissolved under pounding bass and soaring melodies.

From bootstrapping Treblemonsters into a sonic branding powerhouse to landing on USA Today’s Top 10 up-and-coming entrepreneurs list, Kice’s journey has been about transformation, both personal and cultural. The success of his pandemic-born “Bring Out The Creative” series proved his ability to build community through shared musical experiences, something Sirocco Sessions now elevates to a cultural mission.

As the Mediterranean-infused singles continue to roll out and Sirocco Sessions prepares to expand beyond Chicago, Kice is dedicated to crafting cultural bridges, one beat at a time, allowing dancers to experience the soundtrack of his childhood reimagined amid the backdrop of the unifying dancefloor.

“Growing up, music was always the force that brought people together, regardless of background,” reflects Kice. “After building Treblemonsters from the ground up and carving my path as an entrepreneur with a third-culture kid background in Chicago’s competitive landscape, I’m finally creating something that honors both where I’ve been and where I come from. Sirocco Sessions is all about creating a safe harbor where all walks of life can share the same dancefloor without hesitation.” – Kice
