KUKO offers another glimpse into his world with Tiësto’s remix of ‘Voicemail’ bringing a fresh perspective to one of his biggest singles.
KUKO reveals a new layer to his world, with Tiësto’s remix of “Voicemail”, welcoming one of the most influential artists in electronic music into his artistic universe. With the record representing a global electronic crossover moment, KUKO continues to bring hard techno to a broader audience without adapting the identity and intensity of the genre.
Built around KUKO’s signature hard techno foundation, Tiësto’s remix of “Voicemail” blends fast-paced kicks with melodic synths, resulting in a high energy dancefloor track. The voicemail sample adds a human and emotional dimension. Like much of KUKO’s work, the track is defined by this tension between brutal sound and a vulnerable emotional core. In “Voicemail”, these elements capture a sense of inner conflict while allowing the listener to experience emotional release.
“From the moment I heard this track I knew I needed to make a Tiësto remix. I loved the atmosphere and mood in it but it was missing the Tiësto feel. Now after remixing it I personally think the record is perfect.” Tiësto explains. The track has already been receiving rave reviews following him debuting it at EDC Las Vegas.
Alongside his relentless musical output, KUKO is currently touring internationally with his All Night Long format which is selling out across multiple cities worldwide. His career has already taken him to some of the world’s biggest stages including Dour, EDC Las Vegas, Kappa FuturFestival, Teletech and Tomorrowland.
Originally released in 2024, “Voicemail” received global success – amassing over six million streams, Tiësto’s 2026 remix creates a generational bridge between global dance legacy and the new hard techno icon KUKO, reflecting a newly shared cultural space between both genres. This remix falls during one of the most ambitious debut album campaigns in European electronic music as KUKO prepares to release CATHARSIS on 25th September.
