With over 25 million streams to his name and appearances at some of the world’s leading techno events, the Dutch prodigy christens the label’s catalog with “Locked & Loaded”
Internationally renowned Dutch hard techno artist KLOFAMA (real name Mats van Biljouw) embarks on a defining new chapter of his already star-studded career, with the upcoming launch of Chrome Print Records. Following a rapid rise to global acclaim marked by sold-out headline shows, major festival appearances and millions of global streams, he will inaugurate the label with its first official release, “Locked & Loaded”.
Recognized as one of the most exciting emerging names in the hard techno scene, KLOFAMA has built an impressive global reputation over the past few years for his relentless, high-energy sound. Defined by thunderous kicks, rapid-fire percussion and electrifying melodies, his productions and DJ sets have positioned him as a standout talent among a new generation of artists pushing the genre’s boundaries.
Emerging onto the scene in 2023, KLOFAMA’s rise has been nothing short of meteoric. His breakthrough in 2024 led to widespread festival bookings and industry recognition, followed by a period of rapid international expansion. In just a few years, he has evolved into an internationally performing headliner, delivering standout performances at some of Europe’s most prominent techno festivals and large-scale events, including Rotterdam Rave, Verknipt Festival, Free Your Mind Festival, Extrema Outdoor, Teletech, and the world’s largest hard techno rave, Verknipt Arena. Notably, he also has performed at the iconic Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam, including a high-profile back-to-back set with KARAH.
KLOFAMA has also demonstrated his ability to command audiences independently, with multiple sold-out “All Night Long” headline shows across leading venues in Europe. His debut all-night performance at NOW&WOW in Rotterdam sold out, followed by consecutive sold-out editions with Verknipt and Rotterdam Rave, further cementing his status as a leading draw within the scene.
Beyond performing, KLOFAMA is the founder and curator of the PROTOCOL event concept, which has quickly expanded from the Netherlands to international territories. Following successful editions in Arnhem and collaborations with Verknipt, PROTOCOL is set to debut internationally in Paris in April 2026, underscoring his growing global footprint as both an artist and cultural curator.
As a producer, KLOFAMA has released on respected labels including Innergate Records, Falsive Records and Altruism Records, to name a few. His discography has collectively amassed over 25 million streams across all platforms, driven by standout releases such as “S6TP” (2.65M streams), “F1” (1.74M), “Artificial Noise” (1.66M), “Summersong” (1.31M) and “Your Soul” (nearing 1M). This consistent performance highlights both his prolific output and strong international listener base.
