Solomun will return to Destino Five Ibiza this summer for four open-air appearances as part of Pacha ICONS, the flagship event series hosted at the luxury hilltop resort overlooking the Mediterranean.

Solomun’s return to Pacha ICONS follows his closing performance for the series last season, which brought the 2025 program at Destino Five Ibiza to a memorable end. The event series has grown into the open-air counterpart to Pacha’s club programming, presenting globally celebrated artists in daytime and sunset settings that blend the atmosphere of the resort with Ibiza’s wider nightlife culture.
Guests staying at Destino Five Ibiza receive complimentary access to all Pacha ICONS events, creating a seamless connection between the luxury resort and the performances unfolding across its outdoor stage. The new dates arrive during a period of ongoing activity for Solomun. Alongside the announcement of this year’s Solomun +1 residency at Pacha Ibiza starting May 31st and his Parisian take over at L’Hippodrome De Vincennes that will take place on June 13th, the past year has seen him move between club residencies, headline festival sets, and large-scale standalone performances, including sold out appearances at venues such as Alexandra Palace in London.
His studio output has continued together with his touring schedule, highlighted by his more recent remix of Nina Simone’s “Take Care of Business” and his new track “Kinesphere”, out on March 6th. The newly announced Destino appearances add an open-air dimension to his Ibiza season, building on his weekly +1 Sunday residency at Pacha.
Solomun has spent the past two decades redefining the role of the DJ, producer, and storyteller in electronic music. Born in Bosnia and raised in Hamburg, he built his sound from scratch, starting with hand-me-down tapes and record store digging before evolving into one of the most influential figures on the global stage. As the founder of Diynamic and the force behind the long-running Solomun +1 series, he has created a platform where artistic freedom and underground values come first.
He is a four-time DJ Awards winner known for immersive sets that blend melodic house, deep house, and tech-house with cinematic intensity. His performances often span eras and genres, folding in rare edits, unreleased tracks, and forgotten classics. His 2015 Boiler Room in Tulum remains one of the most-watched sets in the platform’s history. In 2025 Solomun continues to tour, playing clubs, festivals and unique locations in every corner of the globe as well as a one off show at The Sphere in Las Vegas.
Through Diynamic, he continues to champion emerging talent with a focus on authenticity and emotional connection. From Glastonbury to Coachella, from Ibiza to Panorama Bar, Solomun’s sets resonate in every kind of space.
